Justiniano Santos Gadia

Justiniano “Jody” S. Gadia, Batch 1982, is presently the General Manager of Robinsons Supermarket Corp., one of the leading supermarket retailers in the country with over 110 stores nationwide. Prior to this post, Jody also served as the General Manager of Summit Media and Robinsons Handyman, Inc., steering both companies to market leadership in their fields.

Jody’s special fields of interest include operations process improvement and supply chain management. He implemented a number of successful projects that involved efficiency and productivity improvement, supply chain integration and distribution management during his stint as an Industrial Engineer at Union Carbide Philippines, Senior Production Planning and Procurement Officer at Colgate Palmolive Phil., Materials Manager at Scott Paper Phil. and Commercial and Logistics Director at Universal Robina Corporation Branded Consumer Foods Group.

Jody is a member of the Management Association of the Philippines and represents Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. at The Consumer Goods Forum, an organization of major global manufacturers and retailers. He regularly sponsors a number of under-privileged scholars of World Vision as well as the feeding program of St. Maria De Mattias Mission Center for malnourished children in Barangay Culiat, Quezon City.
