Christine Salangad-Pardiñas (1993)

Christine Pardiñas’ professional experience encompasses the manufacturing, service and retail industries focusing on supply chain management and logistics, production planning, organization development, productivity improvement and systems design, implementation, and performance monitoring. She had done extensive work in production planning and inventory control, operational methods and procedures for Sterling Paper Products and Smart Communications before joining International Exchange Bank as a Senior Methods Analyst. She then became the Organizational Development Manager of Philsteel Holdings, designing the plant’s transitional organizational structure from project to operations, involving over 500 employees.

After a brief stint with HMR Philippines, Christine the UP Institute of Small Scale Industries (ISSI), conducting research, training and consultancy services to various government and private enterprises, while taking her MBA program. She then joined Rustan’s Supercenters, Inc. where she has been working for over 13 years and is currently the company’s VP, Supply Chain.

Christine is currently serving as President-Elect of the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP) to assume the position from 2019-2020. Among her priorities is to pursue her advocacy in promoting the supply chain competitiveness. She was bestowed the National Achievement Award for Supply Chain Management by UPAE.
