Elise del Rosario

Elisa del Rosario was the president of UPIEAA in 2013 and its vice president in 2012. Her field is Operations Research and was Past President of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS) and a founding member of the ORSP.  Upon retirement from San Miguel Corporation as Vice President in charge of Operations Research, Elise went into consulting. Currently, she is the CFO of her family’s One Small Step Forward Foundation, dedicated to uplifting Philippine public elementary school education. She still active in OR, speaking at local and international conferences and and serving as editor for various scientific publications. She obtained her her Master’s degree in IE & Mgt from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok and was an International Research Fellow at the Stanford Research Institute, USA.
