2018 Annual Membership Meeting Set

The board of trustees of the UP Industrial Engineering Alumni Association, or UPIEAA, invites all its members to the 2018 Annual Membership Meeting which is set  to coincide with the IE Alumni Homecoming on October 20, 2018 (Saturday) 5PM at the new IE/ME Building in UP Diliman, Quezon Cit

Per by-laws, all legitimate graduates of Industrial Engineering from the Diliman campus of the University of the Philippines system of any degree (BS, MS, PhD) automatically become members of UPIEAA. Moreover, those not satisfying the aforementioned criteria may still apply but will need to be endorsed by at least three existing members and approved by the Board of Trustees.

The agenda for the AMM, which will be included in the evening’s program, will be as follows:

Call to order
Review and approval of the minutes of the previous annual meeting
Report of the President
Report of the Treasurer
Election of the Board Members
Other matters

The board is also announcing the opening of nominations for members of the Board of Trustees. Members may email nominees to secretariat@upieaa.org. Subsequent procedures for formally nominating the member will be discussed with the nominator.
