Eugenio M. Gonzales

Eugenio M. Gonzales is an Industrial Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, project development and management, institutional development, and policy analysis as a project team leader, consultant, trainer, and executive officer.

He is presently a consultant of the  Sustainable Livelihood Program of the Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD).

As an independent consultant since 2002, Mr. Gonzales has been providing strategic planning as well as project development, appraisal, and management services as well as training and process facilitation expertise to private companies, international development agencies (e.g., the International Labor Organization, the World Bank), and international NGOs (e.g., the Ford Foundation).

As a National Consultant of the International Labor Organization (ILO) since 2003 he has done researches, facilitated workshops and developed tools for Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Local Economic Development. He facilitated participatory workshops, wrote papers, and reports on employment and enterprise issues and challenges in selected local cities, municipalities and provinces. His recommendations addressed local as well as national strategy/policy on employment and enterprise creation.
