Kirby Luke M. Cayanong

After coming out of UP, Kirby has given value to several FMCG companies like San Miguel Corporation; L’Oreal and The Hershey Co.  Over the last two decades, he has handled  multiple supply chain leadership and executive roles (Inventory Management; Planning and Technical Services; Customer Service; National Logistics Operations; Regional Supply Chain Management).  Currently, he is a Global Director of The Hershey Co. and is in charge of the offices in PH and India to support Global Business Services for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. 

Outside corporate, Kirby helps local farmers in Mindanao to promote and market healthy rice substitutes.  Together with his son, Santi and wife Len (a former IE blockmate), Kirby loves to decompress at the gym to spar – boxing or muay thai.
